The National Diploma in Public Sector Māori is aimed at all mid-level or senior managers and specialists with skills and experience built up over many years or who want to improve their ability to deliver services to Māori more effectively.

The diploma is an assessment-based qualification that recognises the unique skills and knowledge these State sector employees need to work effectively with Māori clients and staff.
