Principles, Conventions and Practice guidance series (PCP)

The Principles, Conventions and Practice guidance series was a series of essays designed to guide officials on the duties and responsibilities of public servants. The series was published by the State Services Commission in September 1995. While the core messages around ethical behaviours hold good, a considerable amount of content relating to process and practice is no longer current. For this reason these papers have been archived on this website, though can still be retrieved using a search of archived content.
