Workplace Assessor Training 4098

Learning State’s Assessor course is designed so that you can achieve the 4098 unit standard ‘Use standards to assess candidate performance’ in our two-day training workshop.

Our focus is to provide learners with practical application in the art of assessment.  Group size of approximately 9-15 learners ensures an intimate atmosphere for facilitated learning. Lunch is included for both days.

Course content includes:

Part one
Introduction to Learning State ( ITO), NZQA, New Zealand Qualifications Framework, unit standards, evidence and assessment in general.

Part two
The assessment process:

•  preparing a learner for assessment
•  carrying out an assessment process using the right skills
• reviewing the assessment
• what to do after the assessment
• practicing the assessment  process.

Part three
Completing 4098 assessment.

Upon successful completion of the 4098 course, learners will be able to register as a workplace assessor.
